Other Grievances


The Grievance Redressal Cell was formed in Azad Hind Fouz Smriti Mahavidyalaya as a complaint management mechanism to resolve grievances of students and thereby improve students satisfaction. All students can approach the Grievance Redressal Cell to express their concerns / grievances regarding academic matters, the library, college office, fees, canteen, common rooms, the campus, college infrastructure and other general matters. The members of the Grievance Redressal Cell meet and take appropriate measures to resolve the problems.

Register a Complaint:
1) Drop application in Complaint/Grievance/Suggestion Drop-Box in the College Office
2) Register complaint through Email : ahfsm.howrah@gmail.com
3) Verbally inform the teachers (mentors) during periodic meetings

All COMPLAINTS will remain CONFIDENTIAL

Note:

To ensure that the provisions for the College Grievance Redressal Cell are not misused, all malicious complaints will be dealt with severely
If the Grievance Redressal Cell finds that false allegations were made or misleading information was provided during the inquiry, the complainant shall be liable to be punished.
