Training: Self-Defence, Yoga, Competitive Exams


Azad Hind Fouz Smriti Mahavidyalaya provides basic training in Self-Defence and Yoga for all students of the College for their holistic development.

Yoga has many physical and mental health benefits as it harmonizes the three elements – movement, breathing and meditation. Besides, Yoga enhances posture, flexibility, strength and body balance. Yoga classes are held regulars in the College. Interested students must register themselves through the 'Yoga Enrollment Google Form' and join the College WhatsApp Yoga Group.

Time of Yoga Class: Every Friday 2.30 pm -3.30 pm
Place: Activity Room
Trainer: Smt. Bandana Baidya, Department of Education.
